Fix crypto precision issues and enhance refund email handling

• Fix precision rounding: Use math.ceil() for expected amounts and fees to prevent 1 koinu/piconero mismatches
• Complete refund email coverage: Handle all refund status variants including _COMPLETE statuses
• Add shop owner notifications: Send alerts when payments are forfeited due to missing refund addresses
• Auto-sweep no-refund payments: Transfer forfeited funds to shop owners automatically
• Add comprehensive precision tests: Protect against future floating-point precision regressions
• Improve duplicate payment processing: Better transaction deduplication and confirmation tracking
