Subject: [PATCH] Remove bold formatting from 'Out of Stock' status when no
 refund address configured

- Apply conditional font-weight: bold only when status \!= 'out-of-stock-no-refund'
- This makes the out-of-stock-no-refund status appear less emphasized since no refund was possible
